A crunchy and crisp white with notes of lime zest, green apples, oyster shells and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied and pleasantly green-fruited. Drink now.
"The 2021 Jaine Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc shows pale yellow with silver undertones in the glass. Aromas of lemon grass, pineapple and thyme are enhanced by plenty of freshness and purity of fruit. Bright citrus and mineral flavors, while delicate on the palate, showcasing floral notes and steely tension. Finish is medium in length with mouthwatering acidity."

Vintage Notes
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Crafted from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes AVA. Evergreen is a sustainably farmed high-elevation vineyard with varied soil types, which contribute complexity to the wine. It was harvested early in the mornings of September 9th and September 16th. Upon arrival at the winery, the Sauvignon Blanc was pressed, fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to focus on the purity of fruit. After seven months of aging, the wine was bottled on March 28th, 2021. Only 3,400 cases were produced.
