The 2018 Jaine Cottage Reserve Chardonnay was crafted from 3 small vineyard parcels in the Columbia Valley, WA. These vineyards are fully sustainable and use organic farming methods, whenever possible. The vineyards were hand-harvested early in the mornings of August 29^th – September 15^th 2018. Upon arriving in the winery, the vineyard lot was hand-sorted, whole cluster pressed, and fermented using a combination of native yeast in barrels and then aged in barrels over the course of 24 months. Bottling took place on September 26^th, 2020 with only 145 cases being produced.
