Honeyed grapefruit, caramelized citrus, white flowers, and minty herb notes all emerge from the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Cottage Reserve, a richly textured, concentrated, straight-up impressive Sauvignon Blanc. A bigger, richer wine than the 2019, it has the concentration and balance to keep for 7-8 years, although I think it's safest to drink over the coming couple of years.
