Tasting Notes

The 2020 Jaine Cottage Reserve Rosé de Noirs Sparkling shows a beautiful pale pink with copper hues in the glass and elicits aromas of wet limestone, white raspberry and candy floss. Fine bubbles and flavors of honeydew melon, white currant, persimmon and herbs de Provence lead into a lifted, lively finish of hibiscus water and gooseberry.
