High-Elevation Farming
100% Chardonnay. Crafted from Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes AVA of the Columbia Valley. Evergreen is a sustainably farmed high-elevation vineyard with varied soil types, which contribute complexity to the wine. It was harvested early in the mornings of October 17th, 2022. Upon arrival at the winery, the Chardonnay was pressed and fermented in a combination of concrete egg and new French oak barrels. After seven months of aging, this wine was bottled in August of 2024.
